Belle is an experienced hatha yoga practitioner and teacher, with a passion for teaching the basics of yoga in a way that anyone can do it. With specialities in pregnancy/post natal; yin yoga and restorative yoga, Belle can adjust the practice to suit your needs.

Belle’s story is one of being very active as a teen and twenty-something, then falling ill and getting injured in her late 30’s. It was her foundation in yoga (back when she was 20yrs old) that allowed her to rehab her body and help to heal and recover.
