Never done Yoga before? No Problem! This is YOGA FOR EVERY BODY – ‘Beginners Vinyasa Yoga’ is taught by the amazing Nicole Amdur. Nicole will be doing basic yoga essentials with a focus on correct form and function. You will learn how to move your body safely and journey into the beautiful practice that is a Vinyasa flow.

First introduced to the practice by a friend following a difficult period, yoga became an incredible passion. Nicole completed her yoga training with Yoga Coach, under the guidance of Mark Breadner. She is most passionate about bringing aspects of yoga to life, not just physically but also spiritually and emotionally. Her classes are in a Hatha Vinyasa style, incorporating flowing movement with breath and relaxation. Through her yoga practices Nicole’s intention is to create those moments where we open up the body, free the tension and begin to rest down and let in.
