Counselling needs to be more than just “venting” and “dumping your stuff” each week. It takes more than just talking to feel better permanently. Spiritual counselling is an approach that investigates the energy of trapped emotions and the inner child, along with various “parts” of you that are active.

You are made up of more than just one “part” – there are a myriad of identities inside of you that combine to form all that you are. You have an inner child, a wise man/woman, a mother/father, a caregiver, a teacher and many other archetypal forms inside. You also have parts that are wounded, and sad, and parts that are goal driven, focused and dedicated.
Internal conflict arises when one of those parts becomes too dominant (usually from fear or trauma), and you will find you are confused, conflicted, depressed, stuck or engage in self sabotage.

Traditional psychology and counseling explains Parts therapy slightly differently, you can read more here. However Belle has received her unique approach as a channeled message through her healing guides. Some sessions will include Inner Child healing journeys, or soul mapping to show you exactly which part is dominant – and WHY.

Most importantly, each spiritual counselling session will include healing so you can be sure you are breaking energetic ties that are keeping you stuck in a cycle of repeating patterns.



Counselling to break the cycle of repeating patterns

What you really need is to learn how to master your emotions in times of crisis or challenge – but you can’t because the emotions seem to take over and overwhelm you.

Maybe you have seen yourself repeating the same patterns over and over in love, career or outlook on life? Maybe you have been on the same cycle over and over again in your life – feeling good, then feeling anxious, feeling better, then feeling anxious again…..until you seem to hit rock bottom and feel despair and depression. Then through your utter tenacity and strength you find your way out, only to fall back into the cycle again which makes you feel even worse……will life ever feel good to you?

The answer is: LIFE CAN FEEL GOOD & YOU CAN REGAIN YOUR CONTROL

It’s not your fault you are in this cycle. You have been doing the best you can with the tools being offered to you. However you can see that they don’t end the cycles, they just shut them down for a while.

Limiting beliefs

The key to effective and long lasting change is identifying the LIMITING BELIEFS that keep you locked in a pattern. You will notice key areas in your life that follow a predictable pattern and you may even exclaim at times “why is this happening again?”
When these patterns are identified you can then release the energy strands keeping you stuck on repeat.

My sessions are deeply revealing and leave you feeling more balanced and grounded – and ultimately more aware of yourself.

I do not offer one-off sessions 60mins anymore. This is an outdated practice that doesn’t have the best interests of the client at heart – in my humble opinion.

True and lasting change comes from investing in yourself and giving yourself enough time to assimilate your learnings. Most people will require 3-5 sessions in order to shift a current issue. Please do not expect miracles, but expect to learn a lot about yourself, and how to manage triggers and enjoy a better life!
