What to expect
Belle will do some easy breathing testing to see where your breathing patterns are at, and then you will practice various breathing techniques proven to help increase energy, reduce snoring, increase CO2 tolerance, and create an efficient breathing pattern.
How long is each session?
Approx 60mins
Do I have to keep coming back?
Once you have completed your 4 personal sessions you will have take home exercises and access to training videos so you can continue your breathing journey at home.
Does it have to be in-person?
Sessions can be in person in clinic OR via zoom
