A traditional hatha yoga practice that is gentle, easy to follow and focused on yogic philosophy of ease, balance, practice, dedication and commitment.

Gentle Hatha Flow combines gentle flowing  hatha vinyasa (postures linked by the breath) to open the body and mind and encourage energy flow, & yin yoga stretches to help dissolve tension and release blocked energy. This practice has a meditative quality which will bring fresh energy and vitality to body and mind and spirit.
Safe during pregnancy.
Perfect for those wanting to begin a safe regular practice, or continue with deeper insight into yogic philosophy and awareness.

We follow the seasons, and therefore we work with bringing a little more heat during winter, and a little more cooling practices during the hotter months. 

This class provides a balanced approach to yoga and meditation that will help you to feel confident to practice at home.

Studio located at The Body Shapers Kirrawee – opposite Kirrawee Public School. Turn LEFT off The Kingsway at the Vet into Bath Road, go to 6-11 Flora St, which is the first driveway after the zebra crossing.

Or from Kirrawee shops turn into Flora street and go around the corner past “Little Fins” swim school on Right, and take the driveway before zebra crossing.
