A traditional hatha yoga practice that is gentle, easy to follow and focused on yogic philosophy of ease, balance, practice, dedication and commitment.
Gentle Hatha Flow combines gentle flowing hatha vinyasa (postures linked by the breath) to open the body and mind and encourage energy flow, & yin yoga stretches to help dissolve tension and release blocked energy. This practice has a meditative quality which will bring fresh energy and vitality to body and mind and spirit.
