Booking / Cancellation / No Show Policies

Appointment Booking Policy:  effective 1 January 2017 ALL bookings must be pre-paid in full or via $65 deposit, (payable via Stripe).

Cancellations Policy: Cancellations do happen. I understand sometimes life gets in the way. Whether it be sickness, family emergency, a child home from school or work calls and you “have to go in”! I also know during pregnancy, that sometimes you will go into labour before your next appointment. 

Workshops & classes: no refunds.

PLEASE NOTE: All sales are final.There is no refund for bookings held with payment in full, however you will have 12mths to use the appointment held in credit. Pre paid packages have a 3mth (3 pack) and 6mth (6 pack) expiry. Monthly VIP Soul Alchemy coaching 12mth expiry.

Where possible please advise of intent to cancel, or cancel using the booking confirmation email, no later than 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment if you cannot make it. 

Definitions:
“Late Cancellations” – any cancellation inside 24hrs will be charged at full treatment cost, and the amount will be added to your account. Some exceptions apply (I am reasonable after all). This fee will be applied to your account and must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

“No Shows” – are where a scheduled appointment has not been cancelled outside of 24hrs and therefore full payment will be forfeited. 

“Early Cancellations / Reschedules” – when your appointment is cancelled either by phone call or text to 0403 580 464, or via your online booking confirmation outside 24hrs of your scheduled appointment time. No charge for early cancellations.
